By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Live Now MD provides a technology platform and membership that may include access to a patient portal, care coordination, and related wellness services. Membership fees cover platform access and services described at checkout unless stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in jurisdictions where we offer services. You agree to provide accurate registration and health intake information.
4. Membership and payments
- Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through Stripe until canceled.
- Prices and features are shown at checkout. We may change fees for future billing periods with notice as required by law.
- Medication, laboratory, and other clinical fees may be billed separately according to your treatment plan.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Billing Portal (available from your account or membership page in the patient portal) or by contacting hello@livenowmd.com.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing. Charge disputes should be raised promptly at hello@livenowmd.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Content, branding, and software are owned by Live Now MD or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the portal for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your care.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Now MD and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.
10. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
